Since I’m new to reloading I have some alpha brass that has shoulder pushed back to .008 is it safe to reload or should I throw it in scrap pile I’m shooting through a 22 Arc gas gun it has never been reloaded I am the one who messed it up it wouldn’t chamber so I screwed die down to far
