Tikka T3 problems and looking for help. Got this in 2011 and it shot 1/2” MOA out of the box with Fed premium ammo (7 mm Mag). Sat in the safe for years and stock shrank, aluminum recoil lug got loose and group went to about 6”. Had the wooden stock bedded. Shrunk the group back to 2 3/4” (not acceptable). Bought a B&C stock (which did not fit) so opened it up, bedded it including a new steel recoil lug. Bedded it to the balance point (figured I can always open the barrel channel back further). 4” group (all at 100 yds.). It has not had 60 rounds through it. Logic tells me it should shoot 1/2” MOA again as it has not been out of the safe a dozen times since I owned it. Not shot a lot, beat up or carried hunting much. I see no point in working up a handload until it gets close to what is shot new. What am I missing?

ISO of Recommendations on a Rem 700 SA Stock

How’s it going all, I’m new here and am here to help where I can and learn. I’m building a light weight rifle for Elk hunting in AZ. I am in search of a rifle stock, I’m looking towards Mcmillan or Manners. Would also consider Bell and Carlson. Looking to keep this build light, so something at 2.5-4lbs. What are your recommendations? Thanks

Does anybody have any secrets on getting into ImpactScoring.net? I’m in on the app but the website just asks for an email address to email a link to login. When you click the emailed link it shows expired. I can’t just simply input my password.

I am wanting to see if I can change my email address online. It’s the only field grayed out on the app.

I’ve tried to contact someone at impact twice over the last 30 days and no one will get back with me. I am losing my email address so I need to change it before totally locked out. I’ll be total locked out of impact if they can’t help me. I registered for a new account but all my match data is lost. I wish they would support the end users.

Starting to get into longer range shooting, and looking for a public or private club in central TX area. Most of the places I have found are 3-6 hours away. There must be something closer in hill country/Austin/San Antonio area, but maybe I’m missing it. There are a few locally that go out 100, but it’s all paper. One steel i have found is only open on Sat., and usually pretty busy. I work reg 8-5pm hrs, so weekends are my only opportunity to get out for this. With longer summer light, I could prob sneak out after work during week, but can’t go too far then. Any local clubs or shooters in this area that might know. Thoughts ?
